• Maintaining and postings of monthly provisions.
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
•Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
• Continuing to improve the payment process.
Receivable
•Maintaining the billing system
•Generating invoices and account statements
•Performing account reconciliations
•Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
•Producing monthly financial and management reports
•Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
•Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Goods hands-on General accounting - Accounting entries and postings.
• Good knowledge of management reporting & analysis.
• Maintaining and postings of Prepayments and advances.
• Maintaining and postings of monthly provisions.
• Payroll Postings as per cost center.
• Keeping staff loan accounts and the monthly deductions
• Closing activities (PREPAYMENT, DEPRECIATION, PROVISIONS, CLOSING ADJUSTMENTS,
PAYROLL) BY COST CENTERS
•Interbank balance reconciliations, identification of difference and removal
Bank Reconciliations.
•Checking & follow up for Cash sales and deposits.
•Ability to perform checking of petty cash and Other expenses Checking all payment requisitions (expenses)
for internal control.
