•Conducting and participating in meetings with the Business owners, Product Owners and Product sponsors in order to understand the requirements and deliver the results.
•Installation and configuration of OBIEE 12c On-Premise and OAC instances.
•Configuration of Usage tracking to track the users reports, queries.
•Configuration of Oracle Identity Directory to bring the users and groups into the application. Configuring the application roles according to the security model.
•Moving the code among different environments in OBIEE 12c using the export and import services instances.
•Moving the code among the OAC instances using the snapshots, also from On-Premise environment to the OAC.
•Configured RPD creating Key measures, Level Based Measures, Time Series, new logical columns, system and non-system variables, repository variables, different hierarchies, implicit facts.
•Customized/built the reports and dashboards based on the client’s requirements using OBIEE, BIP, Data Visualization for Payables, Receivables subject areas.
•Implemented the performance tuning methods like SQL tuning, aggregate tables, Caching, hints for better results.
•Created different reports and dashboards using all the features under different OOB Analytics.
•Visualized the data using data sets from Financial Analytics using Payables, Receivables subject areas

Responsibilities:

•L2 & L3 support for all environments. Handling the tickets through HP service management tool.
•Installation and configuration of OBIEE 11g (DEV, UAT, PROD) in Linux environments.
•Regular patching activities, interim/bundle patches for BI servers.
•Performing migration activity for every 15 days, moving code from OBIEE 11g UAT to OBIEE 11g PROD
•Performing sanity check on reports and dashboards after completion of migration activity.
•Maintaining the OBIEE servers make sure the application is available to the end users.
•Good troubleshooting skills looking to the diagnostic dump files when any failure occurs in instance creation, reports fails with no results, and any error in the analytics, servers.
•Adding new tables or columns in RPD, creation of logical columns, modifying existing reports as part of the enhancement requests.
•Configured External Authentication (Oracle Internet Directory) in all environments. Implementing the Object level security, data level security.
•Configured Usage tracking to track the access of reports by end uses and view the queries sent to the BI database by the BI server.
•Configured Impersonate feature to check the end user access for troubleshooting the issues
OBIEE 11g, MS SQL Server

Responsibilities:
•Interpreting the KPI definitions, and dashboard needs by sympathizing with the business team.
•Implemented Human Resource module, worked on different subject area.
•Define new KPIs, and get approvals from the business team to make sure the new ones make business sense.
•Developing and white boarding wireframes, beta dashboards and presenting them to the business teams to see if they meet their requirements.
•Documenting the dashboard needs, the critical success factors of the business, related KPIs and measures in the dataset, and the designs.
•Analyze the data sources, be it a RDBMS or a XLSX file or a CSV file.
•Perform the required data wrangling before connecting to the data source from the Tableau client.
•Develop individual reports and design the final dashboard.
•Research ways to help the report users to see the bigger picture at a single glance and insert the ability to drill through the different levels of dimensions.
•Testing the reports for formatting and data correctness, and publishing the workbooks on the Tableau server for scheduled refreshes.
