• Responsible for handling front office reception, administration duties and cashier
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
• Answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Know to use POS/SAP/CRM
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about special promotions and services
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Prepare sales performance report, and aims to meet or exceed weekly targets
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Recommend marketing activities, corner market share, and enhance the value of the brands product
• Monitor competitor programs and activities
• Ensure that weekly and monthly sales targets and profit targets are met
• Built relationships with customers through attention to detail in defining needs and providing effective service and solutions
