• Monitor all standard operating procedures are followed by the team for the
inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure the required cases & emails are raised for undelivered, damaged and
overdue SLA shipments
• Create daily reports for the team to check the shipments' delivery attempts,
new delivery instructions and eligibility to return
• Communicate for express shipments which are required to be closed in
accordance with instructions provided by origin/clients
• Ensure all the newly received and held shipments are updated daily in the
warehouse
• Perform monthly analysis on the return validation and SLA overdue shipments
to rectify/ avoid loopholes within operations
• Train newcomers/ interns regarding the operations in a logistics company

• Develop and implement accommodation and transportation
plan for pilgrimage packages
• Negotiate rates between Hotel and transportation companies to
increase the profit margin per package
• Create all the required materials for marketing
• Keep all the stakeholders updated regarding current packages
through emails, social media etc

• Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product
displays.
• Determining the need for and implementing product promotions,
price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
• Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and
promotions.
• Maintaining and tracking inventory.
