A/C Assistant & Logistics
Supporting enterprise operating systems (windows XP 7/8/10 & windows server 2003)

Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and

Analyze the daily internal and external complaints and recommend, develop and implement solutions to resolve the
issue permanently
Supporting the following technologies Microsoft office products outlook, word, excel, access, internet explorer, windows
xp, desktops, laptops, printers network copiers, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Process 3‐way P.O matching invoices.
Vendor follow‐ups
Prepare cheques/PDCs (on weekly basis) to ensure that the payments are made on due dates with correct accounting
entries as per IFRS.
Prepare vendor ageing reports, communicate with vendors on outstanding invoices and reconcile the vendor balance
through SOA/balance confirmation letter.
Receipt entries/Debit/Credit Notes on real time basis
Respond to all vendor inquires
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted
accounting practices
Logistics
Handling Petroleum Products Related Logistics:
Ability to understand complex service delivery issues
Comprehensive understanding of the complex systems of inventory, delivery time, costs and personnel management.
Vast experience of managing 3rd party logistics providers.
Ensuring the timely delivery of customers deliveries and orders
