Responsibilities:
• Managed all aspects of maintenance covering 31+ machines including offset and flexo printers required for printing and packaging processes.
•Planned and supervised execution of periodic preventive maintenance of all machines to achieve targeted availability and reliability.
• Supervised inspection, repairing and servicing of all plant machines and equipment ensuring efficient operations.
• Assessed all maintenance requirements, developed work plans and schedules, assigned tasks to technicians, mobilized resources and ensured on time completion of planned scope of work.

• Follow up with the Engineering Department for BOQ and ensure the same has reached the customer as per their specification requirements.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Team for all clarifications and queries that the client raises and ensure that the same is responded to in a timely manner.
• Develops strong relationships with existing and new customer bases regular meetings, and organizing sales and product workshops and seminars.
• Report on a regular basis on the prevailing and forecasted economic conditions within his territory that impact on his sales opportunity, e.g. New projects, completion of existing projects, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Worked in the Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC) as an intern in the Plasma Assisted Combustion Lab
• Used SOLIDWORKS for design as well as production of assembly and detailed drawings for required parts.
• Reviewed various published papers to understand the experiment and design needed parts in the lab.
• Prototyped and manufactured parts as per approved design using laser cutters and CNC milling machines.
• Analyzed electrically controlled flame characteristics in plasma fuel reforming of methane and ethane.
• Conducted fuel analysis using gas chromatography (GC) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy
• Attended safety courses - compressed gas, laser, flammable liquid - as well as seminars - cyber security, loops & balls, lectures in Solar Center Summer School.
