Jobs duties:

-Develop an action plan for labor and assign roles including (civil work, tile, and paint, carpentry, aluminum, electrical, wash: sanitary and plumbing works.)

-Buying materials and checking their quality. -site visit checking works every day step by step.

-coordinate with LEBrelief site engineers to improve work quality and make some modifications.

-Handing over the work to the project manager of LEBrelief.

After the Beirut explosion, AWAD EST was one of the contractors working on rehabilitation damage in the Burj Hamoud area for 76 residential units, funded by LEBrelief (Lebanese NGO).

Jobs duties:

-Site survey and prepare BOQ for each house. -Coordinate with the LEBrelief site manager to get the approval for BOQ and put a timeline for each zone.

-Develop an action plan for labor and assign roles including (civil work, tile, and paint, carpentry, aluminum, electrical, wash: sanitary and plumbing works.)

-Buying materials and checking their quality. -site visit checking works every day step by step.

-coordinate with LEBrelief site engineers to improve work quality and make some modifications.

-Handing over the works with the project manager of LEBrelief and ensuring the satisfaction of the owner of the damaged house.

Preparing Load sheet to airlines before departure and after arrival, division of weight, prepare file to aircraft, working on securing the needs of captain and cabin crew with the specialists.
