-Planning and leading HR and administration activities.
-Provide compelent leadership in the area of employee relations by assisting and guiding department heads.
-Handle employee relations and contribute to positive workplace culture.
-Maintains the HR, Admin Budget and ensures all manpower needs are managed within the annual HR budget.
-Supports recruitment activities and coordinates with talent acquisition to complete the recruitment life cycle.
-Managing the payment function related to admin.
-supports the annual compensation revision cycle ensuring salaries are in the line with the pay policies.
-Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HE strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-Design and implement employee relation strategies.
-Updating JDs, policies, procedures and benefit scales as per the market.
-Creating clear and concise reports.
-Managing the recruitment & selection process.
-Support current & future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
-Nurture a positive working environment.
-Maintain pay plan & benefits program.
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
-Report to management & provide decision support through HR metrics.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources management.
-Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
-Maintains the work structure by updating JD for all positions.
- Payroll management: Manage payroll & OT processing on monthly basis.
- Experienced with different systems such as Talent Foresight & SAP.
-Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
-Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
-Creating clear and concise reports.
-Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
-Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
-Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
-Following up with the GRO’s regarding all the company licenses, Trucks, Cars, Employment visas, health cards & all the official documents related to the firm.
Maintaining employee records. Updating HR databases (new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves). Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Maintain calendars of HR management team. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Bachelor degree in Accounting - Faculty of Administrative & Financial Science. - average of 70.5% grade Good. •High school Diploma - Science- 76% - Al-Shaheen private Secondary school.
