I have been appointed as a lab engineer Electrical. I was supposed to conduct the labs of the specific subjects of BE ELECTRICAL course outline. At the same time, I was also supposed to deliver the lecture on relevant topics and to help students to enhance their technical skills.
• Studied Single Line Diagrams of unit 1 to 6 of the 1260 MW thermal power plant.
• Site Surveys of HV, MV and LV Switch gear yards, Turbine Hall and Main & Auxiliary transformers.
• Studied basic concepts of protection schemes of different electrical equipments.
The Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree I have received in January 2016 from NED university of Engineering and Technology, has given me a broad foundation of power plants and related projects knowledge. As a general electrical engineer, I studied all the functional fields (automation, protection, troubleshooting, operation, management, instrumentation and control of electrical equipment.). I have a lot knowledge about the power generation, transmission and distribution gained during my internship period with BQPS-I and while making semester projects. Final year project is also based on Power system Protection. I have the knowledge base that will enable me to be productive now. I can build upon this base through practical experiences. My grade point record is evident that I took my studies seriously and that I worked hard. My 3.907 overall CGPA (4.0 basis) placed me in the top 15 among 220 students of the graduating class. My efforts were recognized by the special assignments and leadership roles given me. Throughout university, I devoted time to the development of my personal skills. Apart from study, i have been taking part in various extra-curricular activities like essay writing, quiz contests and poster design competitions.
