Nature of job:
•Working a projects cum Maintenance Leader (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Instruments.)
•Looking after preventive, Breakdown Maintenance of all Utilities like Substation, Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater, ETP, HVAC, Air compressor, Cooling Tower, Purified water plant, & also FBD, Blender, Shifter Multimill, Rmg, Coating pan, Pate kettle, Tablet compression machine51 Station D- tuning tableting machine, 61station BB - tuning table ting, Karnavati Engineering tableting m/cs & Cadmach Engineering tableting m/c, Blister pack machine, Capsule filling machine AF 90-T, AF 150-T, AF200-T etc. Through GMP)
•Co-ordinate erection & commissioning of utilities.
•Lisioring with government authorized like MSEDCL, Electrical inspector.
•Updating and Maintaining of who documents & attend audit for who.
•Spare parts planning & spare inventory Control.
•Analytical approach to solve preventive & Break down Maintenance.
• AMC Planning & execution control.
•Manpower Handling & co-ordination with other Departments
Day to day Project Planning, Monitoring Cost control Review, attending daily & weekly review meeting with management, Requirement for quality management, controlling time cost with safety, follows up Materials in flow.
Project management:
•Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
•Supervising a team of supervisors of various types of job and evaluating project progress
Erections and commissioning:
•Installing and commissioning of various equipment’s.
•Ensuring effective site managements and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
Project Experience :
•Installation, Testing & commissioning of Transformer, L.T. Panel, D.G., motor Installation, Termination, Testing & commissioning of PCC, MCC, MLDB, LDB, PDB & VFD Panel. Installation, Testing & commissioning.
•Cable testing & Laying in Tray, Trenches & Underground.
•Installation, Testing & commissioning of all type of industrial lightings.
•Installation of Earthing pit & Earthing at equipment.
•Installation of reactor, Centrifuge, FBD, RMG, Multimill, Blender, Shifter, Tablet & Granules Packing &sealing machine.
• Installation of Boile, AHU, Compressor, Ejector, Cooling Tower, DM Plant, Pump, ETP and Chilling Plant.
Handled following Documentation of maintenance Independently as per ISO, WHO requirement:
•Preparing & updating Preventive maintenance schedules for each equipment’s & system .
•Maintaining breakdown History Cards for machine & Equipment’s .
• Maintaining daily records for purified water Plants, daily Consumption reports of Utilities .
•Maintaining daily records of Official Works Permits for the equipment’s .
•Preparation & implementation of SOP’s to the various system & equipment’s.
•Maintaining log Books for systems (Air compressor, Purified water plant, HVAC System. DG, MSEB Reading, Water reading.
•8. Issue the work permits & checking of bills & various works done by contractors
