Provide strategic direction and leadership to the human resources in terms of;-
• Timely recruitment processes in hiring and retaining the best talent
• Lead, mentor, train and motivate staff to ensure organizational human resource targets are achieved.
• Promote organizational values and culture amongst staff
• Coordinate with the departmental managers/supervisor annual appraisal process
• Staff leave management
• Coordinate a systematic staff benefits administration e.g. medical and pension schemes
• Line management of office and field staff at all levels
• Staff discipline and conflict resolution
• Timely payroll preparation and compliance with statutory obligations e.g. NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, etc.
• Support to management on all HR related issues including planning of Human Resources
• Provide guidance and updates to management regarding employment related issues
• Handle highly confidential information including Human Resource Information System
• Ensure all staff understand and adhere to the organization human resource policy and procedures.
