Collecting and analyzing procurement data for business insights and effective decision-making. Examples range from historic procurement spend analysis reports to advanced analytics to predict and budget future decisions.

Quality Management System-BPM - Senior Business Analyst
Organizing work procedures and documenting all operations of cross-functional of all departments at The King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies which is considered an investment arm of King Saud University both internally and externally, to deserve the ISO 9001 certification.

· Providing leadership to teams of analysts and helping them improve their strategy in reporting and creating dashboards.
· Design, develop and support interactive QlikView Dashboard reports, with different data sources
· Manage automation tasks such as: collecting data from various sources, aging delivery, and other functions as required.

Patient Experience Measurement Program “Press Gany”- Data Analyst
Press Gany is one of the national transformation initiatives to improve patient experience and to achieve distinctive health care by the Assistant Agency for Planning and Organizational Excellence, in cooperation with the Quality General Department, Patient Experience Centre, Vision Realization Office (VRO), and all healthcare service providers.

Program for Health Assurance and Purchasing “PHAP”- Business Data Analyst
PHAP is one of the key Ministry of Health transformation programs from Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program. to ensure the ongoing availability and sustainability of financial resources needed for comprehensive healthcare services for its population

· Led development team in the delivery of administrative enterprises-sized project ECM on the base platform, resulting in increased productivity, and efficiencies by 30 % in the first year.
· Worked closely with PMO, Procurement, Data Center team leads, and Network and Security team to estimate development efforts on services requirements.

-Perform the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, last stage closing a project

-Manage the integration of vendor tasks and ensure of the project deliverables are all met business owner requirements .

-Applying change control and configuration management processes. By managing the project’s deliverables and related documents, throughout the lifecycle of the product.

-Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements
into software requirements.
-Prepare Business Requirement BRD & System Requirement Specification “SRS”.

-Implementing a social website and practice Rails framework MVC and design thedatabase architecture for applications using databases (Postgres)
-Work on Git version control and GitHub repositories.

-Support faculty researcher research to advance their work and solve a particular issue.
-Participate in academic conference and present the team work to publisher.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers

Training students to get hands-on on training in software, hardware design, and development to prepare them for advance study in computer science.
