A medical graduate from Mumbai, with a great passion of teaching. I have
worked with a couple of dozens of multinational industries where I had a real
time exposure on the shop floor. I have transformed myself to the HSE activity
made me more creative w.r.t BBS ( Behavior Based Safety) at workplace, the
secret of injury free concept. I have trained approximately 377 associates
across the country on BBS. The delivery of the subject is in a very lucid
language & very well accepted by the participants, due to a positive
connectivity. My example’s and the relevant anecdotes are so appropriate that
I hit straight to the gray matter - ‘MIND SET’. My peculiarity is the panel
discussion amongst the participants wherein total involvement from them
makes the training sessions more effective. A man of actions I, deliver very
easy vocabulary, insisting on creativity w.r.t safety at the work place, which
automatically sets the ball rolling for the training aspect. My first - Aid / CPR /
BBS / Safety trainings have been very well accepted with the corporate and
the shop floor for the past 29 years.
I recently presented my paper at ‘Le Cnam Conclave’, Paris, France on ‘Handling of
Chemical Emergencies’ on behalf of HSE solutions, India with respect to BBS, in the
month of June 2018, which was not only very well accepted but highly appreciated by
the overseas forum.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & OBJECTIVES :
Medical graduate from Mumbai University, 1983, with 29 years of cross functional
experience in Training, as a consultant medical advisor of many MNCs in Mumbai,
Navi Mumbai, Thane with an exposure to ISO, WHO, EMS, OHSAS, FDA audits and
inspections. Active member with Mulund IMA ( Indian Medical Association), DISH
( Directorate Industrial Safety and Ialth), Thane, TMA ( Thane Manufacturer’s
