As a Product Owner, I drove product development, aligned features with business goals, and ensured successful launches. My role involved prioritizing backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and incorporating user feedback for optimal results.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing
strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Conducted multiple global consultant bootcamps;
one for general consulting and another for business process management.
• Product Positioning and Branding: Assisted in refining the positioning and branding of existing products or new launches
including company’s social media and profile.
• Marketing Performance Metrics: Developed and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of
marketing initiatives. Prepared regular reports and presentations for senior management to showcase the team's
achievements and areas for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Worked closely with the CRM team to enhance customer journey mapping,
optimize lead nurturing processes, and improve customer retention strategies.
• Training and Development: Provided mentorship and guidance to junior team members, assisting in their professional
growth and development. Conducted workshops and training sessions to keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends
and tools.
• Project Management: Effectively managed multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, resource
optimization, and alignment with overall company objectives.
• Responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives; “Global Consultant Bootcamp”, “PPM Masterclass by Ammar
Mango”, “Global Consultant Bootcamp for BPM Professionals”.
Overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) and Operations functions, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency
across the team.
• Ensuring the Talent Acquisition team remained updated on client requests, facilitating a seamless flow of information, and
enhancing client satisfaction.
• Maintaining and updating our database regularly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all relevant
stakeholders.
• Generating weekly and monthly reports on team performance and data analysis, providing valuable insights to support
data-driven decision-making.
• Contributing to the preparation of proposals and presentations for different clients and stakeholders to meet the
company’s specific needs and requirements.
• Leading the rebuilding of the workflow process for the Case in Point recruiting database "JazzHR, " improving overall
efficiency and user experience.
• Participating in the development and implementation of a new platform, contributing to its successful launch.
• Overseeing the utilization of ClickUp application for Case in Point, optimizing its functionalities to enhance project
management efficiency.
• Examining and inspecting renovated buildings that require improvements and strengthening of
structure, and suggesting further actions.
• Exploring construction chemicals to fix concrete, joint sealants, floor hardening and assembling
the roofing membrane phase.
• Full process of insulation from Sketches to concrete casting to finishing membrane.
• Supervising and leading a team in renovating and waterproofing surfaces of buildings.
• AutoCAD drawing sketches.
Supervised and gained experience in one of the big projects in the city of Ramallah with a company called Masarak building the city of Rawabi
Built a small library in Amman, Jordan. Called Abdelhamed Shoman Library
