-Receive raw material allocation from MRP, Revise material competency with sales order requirement .
-Keep updated with production lines capabilities and technical specifications.
-Daily base work to plan, schedule and control production orders based on MRP time-phased requirements that provide the lead-time offset, quantity, and dates to meet customer demand.
-Communicate production schedule with production departments. Clarify any open questions regarding the schedule.
-Monitor and evaluate production statistics, such as downtime, productivity, etc.
-Evaluate established time standards in relation to actual performance and recommend action as needed
-create production plans for multiple products .
-Plan and prioritize operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum ideal time .
-Determine man power, equipment and raw material needed to cover production plan requirements.
-perform shift schedule according to production needs .
-Assist in the installation of MEP work.
-Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
-Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
-Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adherence to Project safety regulations.
