Clients: (SABIC BUILDINGS, SAFCO, IBN ZAHR, SABTANK, HADEED, SADAF, ARRAZI, PETROKEMYA, IBN SINA, GAS, UNITED, SASREF, SATORP, MAADEN PHOSPHATE, MAADEN ALUMINUM & FARABI)
• Coordinate and organize plan activities and ensure to meet deadlines.
• Assist Manager and engineers in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files.
• Perform data collection analysis and chart reports to be submitted to all SABIC Global maintenance, MAADEN and ARAMCO maintenance contract every month.(Maintenance Dashboard, System Availability, Spare Parts Availability& Contingency, Preventive Schedule Matrix, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Report)
• Maintain all department transaction & securing confidential information.
• Monitoring KPI (Key Performance Indication) of our teams and engineers submittal reports.
• Ensuring and gathering all the team personal requirements on sites
• Call Center Tasks including response to all calls and emails of Clients and assigning all the technicians and engineers to do a certain tasks.
