• Installation and maintenance of Centrifugal and Pneumatic Pumps.
• Installation and maintenance of Reciprocating Air Compressor.
• Installation and maintenance of Static equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Filtration Vessels, etc
Operation of Gas Sweetening and Dehydration Unit along with Separation and Condensate stabilization in Natural Gas Processing Plant.

Installation and Commissioning of Gas Booster Compressor, Heat Exchanger in Plant.
Startup and Shutdown of Gas Processing Plant.
Troubleshoot in Gas Processing Plant.
Adherencence to Safety standards and SOP in any Maintenance Job.
Team Size - 10.
Role
• Εrection of Pre-Separator, Scrubber and Gas Booster Compressor along with connecting pipelines in accordance
with P&ID.
• Radiography and Hydro-testing of pipelines as well as Pre-Separator and Scrubber.
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Compressing Unit.
• Identification of hazards and taking preventive measures as per safety standards.
3. MODIFICATION IN GAS DEHYDRATION UNIT Feb 2015

• Objective - Erection and Commissioning of additional Reboiler to reduce moisture content in Natural Gas.
• Reboiler Type - Fire-Tube Type.
• Capacity - 5, 00, 000 MMBTU
Team Size - 10.

• Installation of Reboiler with connecting pipelines in accordance with P&ID.
• Radiography and Hydro-testing of pipelines.
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Reboiler.
