Started as a translator for correspondences then moved on to personal assistant for assistant chairman and then as a Warranty Manager for Volvo trucks for almost 10 years now.
I started this part time job to encounter a new field of Import and distribution and local marketing. I began with translating business correspondences and searching for business partners abroad and then moved on to marketing. Things were going on pretty well till the crises began and the owners decided to close the company, as simple as that.
Since I got my English language while studying middle school in the US, I was capable of giving private lessons to those in need to learn the language for both education and school or business purposes. And since I had the American accent and good skills I made a good name for myself since I was a college student and made good money at the time. However, later on with my full time work commitment and getting married, I stopped this activity back in 1997 due to lack of time.
Graduated from Damascus University, Faculty of Letters, English Literature with a fair grade.
