BWCCI SEIP Project Under Ministry of Finance.
*Works on maintains of bill voucher & book of accounts such as cash book, ledger book, bank book, reconciliation statement, fixed assets register, check bill voucher & deduction of vat & tax as per government rules, keeps of books & documentation of related financial procurement as per PPR rules under the project.
*Prepare monthly & quarterly SoE report for Submission of government.
*Assist to produce monthly accounts of administrative & project budgets expenditures of the project.
*Regular motioning & Audit of training partner & institute of collecting bill voucher,
*Assist to consolidate all bill vouchers & entry into the SEIP reporting & input Tall Software.
*Assist to prepare different financial statement of the project.
*Support to external auditor for related of project.
*Prepare reimbursement & withdrawal documents for project funds.
*Performs other related tasks as per the advice of the chief coordination.
Overall control of vat related work for the company
2. To maintain & supervise of Mushak-1, 6, 7, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 26, 27 documents & register
3. VAT reconciliation, & Face VAT audit
4. Prepare document for appeal tribunal, & to handle VAT offices independently.
5. Experienced about of Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Vat & Tax (Vat/Customs Duty/Income Tax) Strategic Planning, Commercial / Export-Import, Cash Management
6. Maintaining & reconciling various register such as- Fixed assets schedule, Bank register, Cash Book
7. Coordination & direct the development & preparation of budgets, forecasts & projection, responsible & Supervise of bill voucher, analysis of reports,
8. Reconcile & maintain Balance sheet accounts & confirm periodically
9. Preparation of total employees personal tax, & submitting VAT, AIT, withholding tax documents to TAX office regularly, Manage & regulate Tax including TDS, with holding return submission, Tax certificate collection and issue etc. Check bills for Tax & VAT deduction where applicable. To prepare company-wise all documents and reports related to income Tax statement
