BWCCI SEIP Project Under Ministry of Finance.

*Works on maintains of bill voucher & book of accounts such as cash book, ledger book, bank book, reconciliation statement, fixed assets register, check bill voucher & deduction of vat & tax as per government rules, keeps of books & documentation of related financial procurement as per PPR rules under the project.
*Prepare monthly & quarterly SoE report for Submission of government.
*Assist to produce monthly accounts of administrative & project budgets expenditures of the project.
*Regular motioning & Audit of training partner & institute of collecting bill voucher,
*Assist to consolidate all bill vouchers & entry into the SEIP reporting & input Tall Software.
*Assist to prepare different financial statement of the project.
*Support to external auditor for related of project.
*Prepare reimbursement & withdrawal documents for project funds.
*Performs other related tasks as per the advice of the chief coordination.

Preparation of total employees personal tax, & submitting VAT, AIT, withholding tax documents to TAX office regularly, Manage & regulate Tax including TDS, with holding return submission, Tax certificate collection and issue etc. Check bills for Tax & VAT deduction where applicable. To prepare company-wise all documents and reports related to income Tax statement
