 Review of drawings & design for all services i.e. P.D.F.F, HVAC, Life Safety Plan and steam
 Ensuring all manufactured products and equipment ordered conforms to specifications and contract documents.
 Approval of Work Procedures and Method Statements prior to issuing to Consultant.
 Plan and coordinate all on-site HVAC and Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, Engineer and Contract Specifications, requirements and Codes.
 Ensuring quality of installation, material and equipment as per specification and approved drawing.
 Planning and scheduling the site activities from Starting to Finished level.
 Material submittals, Shop drawing and supervision of all site activities
