Serve the customer or guest with high quality of food and beverage prepared according to the established standard
Assist other staff in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock, make sure that the sameis in accordance with the order, quality and quantity, display or store them
Ensure that the service station, outlet, area is kept clean and tidy at all times and that crockery and cutlery are clean and arrange accordingly as per standard procedure
Comply with and practice the company's established Hygiene policy and procedures especially in food and equipment handling and ensure that the environment is clean and organised at all times
Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily or seek the assistance of the Lounge in charge when not in the position to provide solution to the problem and inform the supervisor at all times
Assist in collecting, loading of delivery items to the outlets and perform other related duties as required
Apply the Quality policy and quality system established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 International Standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting the company's quality and image
Packing all the delivery, take away and pick up orders
Ensuring that all the orders item correctly
Maintaining clean, neat and tidy the dispatching area
Closing the deliveries check in the system
Reporting to the in charge manager
Handling over all the deliveries report at the cashier counter

Preparing all the needed back ups for the orders
Handle cash, credit transactions with customers
