Talent Acquisition:
• Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department
• Understanding the requirement and help the concerned person to draft a Job Description.
• Sourcing candidates that match the required skill set.
• Screening the candidate by conducting telephonic or personal interview as the case may be.
• Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
• Arranging for technical interview and co-ordinate with concerned person.
• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidate.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidate.
• Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Solely responsible for contractual staffing under NETAP scheme.
2- Induction and On-boarding:
• When a particular candidate is finalized and selected giving him the offer letter, appointment
letter with brief working agreement.
• Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed up by the company.
• Properly filling relevant documents of the new joiner as required.
• Introducing the new joiner to the respective team.
3- Employee Engagement:
• Planning events or activities during occasions and getting those approved by the senior
management.
• Arranging for Picnics and Annual Cultural events.
• Training the new person on board in the team.
• Taking care of training needs.
• Taking care to arrange off site Training.
• Arranging Monthly R&R.
4-Performance Management:
• Helping the seniors to do performance appraisals in a smooth way
