Coordinate & follow up on QC Submittals with colleagues and subcontractors to support QC in compiling submittals and liaise with Documents Controller for submission.
Responsible for ensuring meeting on-site project requirements from mobilization to commissioning & handover to client.
Provide bi-weekly Gap Analysis to senior management for task orders/projects to highlight risks for not meeting schedule targets, deviation from quality objectives, scope creep or scope gaps and steps for improvement.

Develop tender documents for various project to include technical write ups, budgeting, schedule and manpower decisions.
Planning, bill of materials, costing decisions, etc. to ensuring that construction projects fall within the proposed budget, and ensuring that all duties are executed and completed on time for the tender activities.
