• Leading the laboratory by drawing a plan and creating a complete system for the requirements of the Saudi Accreditation Center to obtain accreditation in ISO/IEC 17025.
• Preparation of Geotechnical Reports, computations for bearing capacity, settlement, design parameters and recommendations for shallow and pile foundations.
• Plan, direct and participate site investigations for proposed major engineering works such as, , housing projects / societies, hospitals, water line projects .
• Supervise Geotechnical contractors/subcontractors to carry out investigations as per project specifications and hold meetings to facilitate respective stakeholders to assist and ensure completeness of works as per agreement.
• Maintain daily reports, review invoices and verify quantities .
• Assist and follow up daily schedule with stakeholders.
• Supervising geotechnical field and laboratory tests.
• Reporting and monitoring to the Supervisor on site, responsible for carrying out a variety of geological tasks including checking on drills and their drilling status, geological logging of drill core, inputting of downhole surveys, and updating cross-sections and software for interpretation of the geology at depth.
• Monitoring changes occurring in drilling .
• Taking samples, describing them, and performing tests .
