Responsibilities
- Increased productivity of sales team by 15% during low seasons by conducting extensive Summer Training programmes for sales staff.
- Reduced average rate of staff turnover in sales department by 50% (from 170 to 120) and increased lifetime to one year by implementing efficient staff reward and retention programmes.
- Streamlined interviewing and recruitment processes leading to a reduction in interview to onboarding ratio from 1:15 to 1:6.
