Inspection of all incoming HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works materials.
•Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirements.
•Review the mechanical works checklist, as built drawing and related quality control documents for final drossier.
•Site inspection and co-ordinate to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code and accordance with specifications.
•Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI (Request for inspection) for witness/hold point etc.
•At site inspection time, following safety rules & regulations at different hazard area.
•Overall quality supervision for
Analyzing the drawings, technical details and basic system.
•Execution of site activities as per drawing.
•Handling the manpower and allocating to the work.
•Negotiating with client’s for site clearance.
•Negotiating with vendors both technically and commercially.
•Executing the quality job within the target period.
•Ordering the materials and bringing it without delay to keep on executing.
