My brief tasks there were greeting customer, providing information about items, displaying them properly, assisting the customer.
I refilled, refolded, reput items in selling manner. I reached individual and store targets many times. I assisted the manager in
teaching new employees to new standards and regulations. I sold items using different sales techniques like upselling, crossselling
and FAB technique to maintain KPI and to achieve a target.
I assisted customers in their purchase decisions. Helped them select relevant and appropriate products. Processed cash and card
payments. I built good relationships with loyal customers and informed them always about new collections and promotions which
was going on.
