Handle LAPTOPS, PRINTERS, PROJECTORS and SUPPLIES products in store.
•Developing a good relationship with customer personnel and analyzing accounts with goal of increasing sales through in-store promotion or advertising
•Provide accurate information about product specification, price availability and warranty to the customer.
•Strive hard to achieve exceed profit & growth as set on monthly basis.
•Working extra hours during promotions like GITEX, DSF & DSS to achieve company’s target.
•Attend product training to keep up to date product knowledge and upcoming products with technical feature, advantages benefits of product.
•Responsible for demonstrate & advice client the unique of the product & determine the customers need.
•Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
•Preparing daily sales report and checking the stocks availability.
•Other Activities on the Floor
•Promote also IT Accessories such as a Laptop Monitor, Hard Disk etc.
•Inform customer the advantages of products handled compared to others.
•Promote the latest products available for computer accessories.
•Maintains sufficient stocks in store as for floor requirements.
