Operation WTP plant
*Monitor and supervised daily operation of airbase plants such as water station and standby generator .
*Operate and carryout required inspection and maintenance for airbase plants.
*preparation of daily maintenance report of airbase plants
*Administer the day-to-day operation of the teams, and continually review plan to ensure efficient running of assigned activities, consistent workload distribution, and respect deadline and implementation of necessary improvement to the plan or maintenance programs.
*Issuing of work order and job cards as per schedules
*Edit and continually update the maintenance program for each aircraft (configuration management).
*Develop periodic reporting on aircraft maintenance performance and fleet availability .
*Develop the annual maintenance supply on aircraft parts, component, and technical documentation .
*Monitoring of aircraft cycle of takeoff and landing and flight hours.
*Reading and interpretation of aircraft technical maintenance and operation manuals, including identification of the aircraft minimum equipment list(MEL).
*Manage and monitor technicians OJT(on job training) .
