• Overall responsibility for execution of construction activities within project timeline.
• Directly reporting to project manager on various site issues/work planning.
• Setting out and leveling works in accordance with the drawings & specifications.
• Executing the work as per the schedule by utilizing Material, Manpower & Equipment.
• Carry out quality control and testing of work and materials accordance with the specification.
• Review and approval of structural shop drawings, detailing, design coordination and site supervision.
• Preparation of Daily & Monthly Planning Schedules.
• Prepare drawings, properly measure quantities, study contractual and tender documentations and prepare invoices, variation orders, control contractors’ invoices.
• Measurement for building drawings and groundwork, MEP and Computerized Quantity Taking - off.
• Cost plans/analyses, interim valuation and payment certificates, tender documents and tender analysis, pre-tender and safety plans, bills of quantities and claims.
• Estimating & Tendering for Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors
• attending weekly/Monthly Progressive meeting.
• Liaison with Client/Consultants and statutory authorities for work approvals & other site issues.
• Ordering, monitoring & reconciliation of the various construction materials, equipment and plants.
