1. Working by account system as E. Promise.
2. Daily revision of expenditures, Invoices and Petty cash.
3. Revision Sub-contractor’s Payments.
4. Revision all Supplier’s Invoices and preparing monthly payments.
5. Reporting to General Manager about the site conditions and any queries related to work (cost control)
6. Control over the worker’s overtime and payroll.
7. Issue of the guarantee letter from banks for different works.
8. Preparation to the Final account for Project.
9. Preparation of the profit and loss account.
10. Preparation Statement of financial position.
for H.R. Department:
1. Work on identifying the needs of the various sites of future employment as well as the numbers of workers to be dispensed with in the case of sites that honored the delivery.
2. How to control the work time sheet and the consequent calculation of overtime.
3. Follow up health insurance and the consequent transactions.
4. Calculation of leave due to employees and transfer to the accounts section for payment.
