• Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide
• Develop, maintain & implement Project Quality Plans
• Client/vendor coordination, and necessary documents preparation, e.g. plan and procedures like arranging site set-up and obtaining clients' approval and preparation of job hazard assessment.
• Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across their organization (e.g., NCR, Progressive learning and Customer satisfaction systems).
• Gathering and acting upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
• Conduct all refractory tests during preparation, installation and final inspection
• Reviews and reports on selected engineering, construction, and procurement documents to ensure that applicable quality requirements are included.
• Issue Quality Awareness and Bulleting for the Overall Project.
• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessment and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management
• Responsible for management and supervision of contractor’s site activities on daily basis and communicate with all Contractors sites to ensure that company’s project, HSE requirements are met.
• Supervise & monitor contract scope and additional works and ensure that all approved painting/coating /insulation procedures.
• Report any variation to contract scope and cost impact and review any extra work and /or change order requests from contractors.
• Verify painting /coating/insulation materials used with reference onto the manufacturer's data sheet/s and Coordinate with the paint manufacturer’s representative for correct, satisfactory applications of the product being used, identify, resolved any quality control problems encountered on paint materials and applications.
• Define the principal scope by compiling and maintenance of all items to be subject to inspection.
● Responsible for management and supervision of contractor’s site activities on daily basis and communicate with all Contractors sites to ensure that company’s project, HSE requirements are met.
● Supervise & monitor contact scope and additional works and ensure that all approved painting/coating /insulation /fireproofing and refractory procedures.
● To obtain specialist inspection services when in-house inspection is not available, and supervise the work of contract inspection technician and carry out any other assessment related to inspection duties.
● Report any variation to contract scope and cost impact and review any extra work and /or change order requests from contractors.
● Verify painting /coating/insulation/fireproofing/refractory materials used with reference onto the manufacturer's data sheet/s and Coordinate with the paint manufacturer’s representative for correct, satisfactory applications of the product being used, identify, resolved any quality control problems encountered on paint materials and applications.

● Estimation quantity and areas of painting and insulation material require for projects.
● Responsible for review correct implementation of project painting specifications, develop inspection test Plan (ITP), planning &organizing of in process inspection activities and Procedures.
● Witness all the inspection tests related to painting, insulation and fireproofing activity and issue NCR in case any violation for project specification
• Conduct comprehensive coating surveys as per ISO 4628 to assess condition of the assets of plant equipment including offshore jetty, underwater piles, tanks, galvanized steel structure and underground pipelines to determine actual coating conditions.
• Recommends corrective actions in accordance to coating specification.
• Prepare specifications and procedures for approval, based on the performance and compatibility as per the Refinery specifications & international standards.
• Perform quality control, inspection and surveillances of surface preparation and coatings operations to confirm compliance to project requirements.
• Report non-conformances and corrective actions and recommendations for satisfactory resolution.
• Responsible for inspection of all painting and insulation activities for new construction plant
• witness pre qualifications tests for polyethylene and polypropylene coating before mass production
• Witness pre-qualification tests for cwc coating for offshore pipelines
• Witness all laboratory test for raw material and verification regarding to the project specification
• Review all subcontractor documentation (procedure, ITP, material data sheets) and verify acceptance as per project specification
• Follow all mass production steps as per approved ITP
• Witness mass production steps of CWC as per approved ITP
• Issue nonconformity report if sub-contractor violates the specification
● Witness all daily laboratory tests for mass production like ( DSC Test , indentation, flexibility, impact,
tension, melting flow, density, cathodic disbandment, hot water test and peel test) and evaluate the

● witness the application of CWC on pipes and ensure that the application according to ITP and the specification,
● Review all quality report
