The principle role to focus on strategic contracting services, while
continuing to provide the services of central procurement of
materials, and inventory management and to ensure that all
procurement (services & materials) are legally correct, safeguard
the Company’s interests and satisfy the needs of the User. It also
advises on commercial issues related to the Company’s
operation.
Support ADMA-OPCO Business units in delivery of their business
objectives through terms & conditions the development of
appropriate contracting strategies, and formulation of
contractual.
To ensure customer focused service based on established Service
Level Agreement (SLA’s) with clients.
Implementation of ICV as part of tendering process to get an efficient
utilization.
Provide contracts expertise and advice on contracts processes &
procedures, time scales and professional standards.
safeguard the Company’s interest including invitation to tender, bids
evaluations.
Ensure HSEMS requirements are covered in tendered contracts.
Ensure in liaison with Legal & Insurance, appropriate terms and
conditions and other related contractual issues.
Manage contract, change request and amendments.
Manage post award contract activities, resolve claims and
discrepancies and record contractor’s performance.
Participate in pre-qualification of contractors for standard Bidders
List & promote teamwork spirit, and develop competency of staff.
Responsibility for preparation and processing of contracts to
shareholders approvals, and award of contract.

utilizes, monitors expenditure and justifies variances, review and
implements recommendations and takes remedial action of Audit
reports.
Plans and directs and control all HSE activities for whole base and
running the campaigns, managing the audit reports, preparing and
updating interface documents and Risk Register.
Provide day-to-day Technical support for Lifting equipment’s by
carrying out inspection/certification / maintenance / repair of all
CCU’s.
Plans and directs the activities of the Waste Management at
Mussafah Supply Base.

organization at large. It is responsible for providing Marine and
Air services in support of drilling operations, and provides supply
services to the Asset Units. This role includes leading and
facilitating discussions with Shareholders regarding strategic

(5-year plan), as well as follow-up and reporting on execution.
Coordination & tracking of performance Contracts, KPI’s and related
activities with continuous update & enhancement of Division
processes & reporting systems, templates.

manage interface with Legal Division on Business Agreements.
Provide Administration & Technical support to division teams
including coordination of commercial, Financial activities, records,
and information services.

Ensure Stock entry confirmation and Binding, preservation and Inter
warehouse area transfer & between facilities replenishment Das

bulks.
Physical inventory and Supervise ESNAAD personnel and others
working within the stores and direct of non-catalogue materials
control in addition to Drilling mud chemical control.
Control contractor’s materials handling and Bulk tubular

Responsible to Issue exemption letters, insurance claims to local
authorities.
Manage all ADNOC-OFFSHORE scrap operation & explore a new
contractor to perform the Servises.
Undertake Stock Management of Company Materials, including
Stock Levels, setting Shelf Lives, re-ordering, identification of surplus
materials and maintain stock control statistics and provide inventory
reports for stock analysis.
Control materials requisitions to check availability in stocks and
eliminate duplication and unnecessary purchase and contribute
positively to reduction of stock levels and value.
Coordinated & Identified slow moving and non-moving stocks,
manage write-off process for surplus material and follow-up
disposal with warehouse.
Develop and maintain catalogue data, process VAPS and update
catalogue descriptions, specifications to enhance catalogue system.
Control and allocate a unique vocabulary number with full
descriptions and technical specifications for all store items to
support purchase and stock of accurate materials, spares and
equipment’s required.
