Managing and supervising customer service agents, handling major incidents resolve complaints, isolate and identify areas of improvements, keep abreast of new bank products and services, provide training for agents in order to achieve both assets and liabilities targets .
Conduct dozens of bank transactions within time limits established guidelines, assess customers needs and introduce new products, make sales referrals, suggest alternative channels and cross -sell products and services .
