* Achieving the Sales target
* Generate and follow up inquiries from the market
* Develop relationships with new customers and key accounts
* Preparing proposals and quotations and assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders
* Prepare and present lighting design and lighting presentations
* Client Database management using Microsoft Dynamic CRM
* Regular visits for consultants, contractors, and clients for generating sales, marketing demonstration, making product awareness.
* Achieving the sales target.
* Establishing a strong communication channel with the following entities: Qatar Authorities & Municipalities, Real‐Estate Developer &
Project Management offices MEP Consultant offices & MEP Contractors
* Prepare sales quotations & finalize the offers commercially & technically
* Prepare Pre‐Qualifications, Submittals complying with the project specifications
Searching for new clients who could benefit from our brands, preparing client quotations
•Making meetings with client, negotiating offers and contract terms.
•Providing pre-sales technical assistance and lighting fitting description.
•Prepare weekly sales report to managers.
•Preparing documentation including technical submittals.
•Design support for projects using Auto cad and DialuxEVO.
