Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supporting all project activities including trainings, workshops, and school rehabilitation
• Oversee a team of four field facilitators, providing support, supervision, and professional development
• Represent the organization at regular meetings with individuals, task forces, ministries, UN working groups and organizations to build relationships and strengthen partnerships
• Conduct CBOs, schools and stakeholders mapping exercises
• Conducting performance appraisals for all direct reports and providing regular feedback on their performance.
• Ensuring staff understand and comply with organizational policies of Right To Play through staff training and individuals meetings.
• Overseeing training of teachers and coaches delivered by Field Facilitators and observing teachers and coaches’ performance for certification.
• Drafting and ensuring implementation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements with local representation of Government and partner organizations.
• Together with the project manager, I hold and represent Right to Play donor meetings and events

• Member of team responsible for implementing a project that has reached more than 1000 beneficiaries both from the host community and refugee groups.
• Conduct workshops and trainings for teachers and community leaders on play-based learning methodologies and using sports for development as well as leadership skills
• Attend sessions provided by trained coaches and teachers to monitor activities and provide feedback as necessary.
• Organize and conduct special events and activities such as play days and sports tournaments
• Track, report and submit on the financial details of project activities.
• Ensure that partners are in compliance with the organization’s policies, mission and values
• Ensure implementation according to agreements with local government representatives, UN agencies, and partner organizations.
• Provide progress and other reports to relevant supervisors in timely manner.
• Ensure accurate collection and timely submission of quantitative monitoring materials according to RTP monitoring tools.
• Training orientation and supporting newly hired staff based on a 3 months development plan.
