• Planning and implementing predictive / preventive / shut down maintenance schedules so as to increase effective utilization of Electrical, Mechanical, HVACR, Automated equipments.
• Proactively observing the activities and operation and determine the preventive maintenance plans.
• Handling Bakery plant maintenance with lines and equipments of Saltek, WP Kemper, VMI, Polin, Revent and WP Haton.
• Validate spare parts stock level and ensure critical spare part availability in the store.
• Supervise maintenance team and activities to ensure the correct maintenance procedure and compliances at floor level.
• Regularly inspect factory, check log books, and take necessary action for corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Effectively coordinate with departments of factory, technicians and service vendors.
• Upgrade level of process automation to avoid chances of human error in critical machines.
• Update maintenance reports, compile and monitor electricity, diesel, LPG, water consumption.
• Prepare maintenance budgets, ensures reliability and efficiency of plant equipments.
• Fix instruments to enhance machine safety.
• Leading on-floor engineering team and ensure the equipments are operational all the time.
• Performed other duties that plant manager assigned from time to time.
• Organizing teams to make sure 24 x 7 cover of plant.
• Responding quickly to breakdowns.
• Maintain good relationship with vendors, suppliers.
• Maintaining neatness of building and equipments.
