Tasks :
- Preparation of an evaluation program for training courses
- Visit companies in the form of a hidden employee in order to evaluate employees and examine their performance
- Provide management performance report to identify the needs and axes of the training program
- Preparing the human resources axes required of me with great care and efficiency
- Help The management of the organizations in determining the axes and type of program.
Tasks :
- Select and qualify the human elements to enter the work and join the family of the company.
- Choose the right person in the right place within the production hall
- Work to create value added through increasing the efficiency of workers and thus the speed of completion of tasks and performance effectiveness and also through the design of programs to evaluate performance and monitoring and continuous follow - up.
