Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for 3 Zaatar W Zeit Outlets, Delivery Department and Central Kitchen
•Operations Manager at Zaitona Restaurant
•Zaitona and Pastiche Café Marketing & Catering Manager
•Perform P&L
•Opening new Outlets
•Responsible for developing the brand, improving the quality and introducing more products based on company guidelines.
•Develop, implement and participate in the marketing and sales activities according to predetermined set of objectives, strategies and action plans.
•Supervise all phases of outlet operations and assign responsibilities to outlet managers and check their performance periodically.
•Conducting training and refresher classes for all F&B personnel in the correct procedures.
•Monitoring daily hygiene and work practices in both service and production.
•Developing strategic and operational plans, managing execution and measuring results.
•Supervising and assign responsibilities to keep all machines and equipment in good working condition at all times.
Training Courses Successfully attended and completed the following courses:
•Train the trainer course from Zaatar w Zeit Training department in 2009.
•Launching new menu training from menu engineering and marketing in 2010 Lebanon.
•Steps of Service - Lebanon in 2010.
•Cost Control from Brands Arabia Company in 2012
