- Looking after Facilities Management, Security, Site implementation and Inventory & Warehousing
- Execute projects and fit out work in various retail outlets
- Manage corporate assets (Physical and Infrastructure)
- Provide maintain to Facilities, Data Centres, Retail Shops and Communication Antennas
- Ensure security personnel availability in all sites on a 24/7 basis
- Ensure the safety of people in all sites
- Run efficient CCU, UPS and control room on a 24/7 basis
- Maintain relations with local authorities (Police, Civil Defence, Municipalities etc.)
- Provide and Maintain Landscaping, Cleaning, Hospitality, Maintenance, Security, Health & Safety and
Inventory
- Deliver soft and hard services to NOC, Call Centres and DC's
- Supervise new projects and site implementations
- Suggest disposal of assets and inventories
The role is to look after VIP owned properties and properties owned by investment houses and banks in and out of Bahrain
- Targeting sustainability and reduce utilities consumption and waste
- Ensure highest health and safety standards are adhered to in all properties
- Represent the client in all commercial and legal activities and act as the main contact person
- Liaise and closely coordinate with relevant officials in governmental offices
- Prepare the preventative maintenance plan (PPM) and issue CMMS orders
- Supervise Hard and Soft services to Facilities, maintain all facility equipments
- Started implementing Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) to all the mid to large sized equipments
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy to rent the properties at the best rate and to the right clients
- Ensure leasing at maximum occupancy rate at all times
- Plan and prepare technical drawings for maintenance, improvements and construction projects
- Effectively managing strategic level projects to budget, schedule, meet the objectives and outcomes
- Allocating, monitoring and evaluating the work of Contractors/Suppliers
- Ensure services provided are up to the expected standard
- Establish controls, milestones, checkpoints, policies and procedure for the projects
- Spearhead research design to implementation, analysis and product development
- Evaluates suppliers’ performance, and provides critical feedback to improve performance
- Schedule and supervise all property maintenance, cleaning and other value added services
Look over 3 departments: Technical & Engineering, Business Development and Research & Valuations
• Apply the HSE standard on the site and head the Committee
• Collect and analyse market data and advises clients on market situation and prices
• Carry-out feasibility studies & property valuations (Project Manager)
• Identify service providers for a particular project
• Perform pre-construction due diligence and market analysis: investigate, evaluate and present alternatives
• Prepare and negotiate agreements, letters of intent, lease, design & construction contracts
• Arrange finance/partnership for investors
• Facility Management & General Maintenance
• Overseeing building constructions specifications and approvals to the shop drawings
• Supervision of the Tender and BOQs
• Approvals of the payments as per project valuations
• Monitoring of project progress
• Approvals of submittals of equipment & materials supervision
• Attend to variations and liaise with authorized parties & action accordingly
• Supervise cleaning, decoration, grounds keeping and security in various developments
• Orchestrate the workload of the team, ensuring an even distribution of work

• Look after the maintenance in various facilities • Supervise Fit-Out projects with or on behalf of clients
• Resolve customer complaints (Rental Clients) • Study proposed plans for developing new projects
