• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including
systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system
problems.
• Manage, administrate and troubleshoot network devices (cisco Routers, switches, core switch)
• Managing wireless access points (Cisco LAPAC1200) at head office.
• Managing LAN and WAN across the kingdom around 16 branches. Responsible for the connectivity
around the clock.
• Managing VOIP service and call center (Grand Stream) for head office and branches.
• Monitor and administrate the firewall Fortinet 601 and Fortinet-101 at branch office.
• Daily monitoring the Solar Wind software and resolve the incidents for network and datacenter.
• Daily monitoring the IT UPS and responsible to coordinate with vendor to make sure in good
condition.
• Block spam emails, release quarantined emails according to approved helpdesk receive.
• Monitoring Symantec end point Antivirus and take action accordingly
• Resolve service desk cases as per approved SLA;
• Managing the CCTV services in HO, warehouses and factory.
• Managing users access to assign groups, disable and enable users, create new users, reset
passwords etc.
• Assist IT Manager for the new projects, testing and completion of projects.
• Contact with venders to prepare cabling and STC "MPLS" connectivity with HQ. That for new branches under my region.
• IP Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
•Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company person and over the phone.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
