RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively performing major incidents in Enterprise Networking Incident Management Team.  

• Working on Tickets, Analyzing the issue / requirement, Raising Change request as-per the request.  

• Following standard change management process and discussion for moderate changes (Routing  
changes, Switch refresh, Code Upgrades, Break fix, module replacements)  

•Configurations of VLANS for Internet, Voip and OTV. Vlan Configuration and Ports assignments. . etc.,

• Configuring/Troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst Switches SF-302, SG-300, 2950, 2960, Cat3550, Cat3560, Cat4506. 

•Configuring Accesspoints and VOIP.

•Optical fiber connectivity / Testing between End point to IDF and MDF.

•Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Network devices.  

• Knowledge of VLAN creation, Spanning tree protocols, VTP.  

• Basis switching troubleshooting.  

• Network devices backup, IOS up gradation etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation and Comissioning of Microwave link

• To ensure the implementation according to the TSSR report approved by the coustomer.

• To follow the quality standards given by the coustomer and Quality Manager.

• Installation of HUAWEI-BTS (BBU 3910)

• Installation of 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) Equipent (Antennas, RRUs, Cards, CPRI cables etc., and their connectivity)

• Surveys done (RFI, LOS, EMF).

• Vallidation of survey reports.

• Proposing the optimum height of antenna keeping in view the height of obstacles and clearance criteria.

• RF, LOS and EMF Site Survey & data collection like paranomic photos, Providing all RF details as antenna orientation, height of the GSM antenna, type of antenna, etc.
