-Professional experience in Cost Estimation for infrastructure & Construction, Monitoring costs, Commercial and Materials Management, V.O Studies.
-Tendering and Proposal for Infrastructure &construction projects.
-Maintained accuracy of tender documentation, developing and filling gaps and compiling clarifications and estimator notes.
-Provided advanced technical expertise and support to site Asset Management and Reliability personnel, maximizing benefits of service provided.
-Monitor the budgets of the Projects & Provide Support in Reconciliation of impacts of Proposed Changes of Cost.
-Provide materials for approvals as specs with a competitive supplier.
-Review all infrastructure utilities (Electrical, telecom, ICT, ITS, , ).
-Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and discussions with technical departments.
-Review Tender Documents and identify the Scope of Works and related requirements, high light critical parts of the job.
-Provide the detailed list of specifications to the suppliers vendors for procuring the cost of the supplies, send enquiries, seek quotations and analyze prices.
