- Duties and Responsibilities:

-Read scope, ensure full technical understanding for scope of work. Identity the necessary tasks for work order execution (manpower, material, equipment and tools) Gantt chart. Follow up of plan and ensure to schedule it on daily and weekly basis. Evaluate and analyze schedule variance, productivity and report to management with corrective action plan.

-Schedules and perform the maintenance at the best cost without compromising reliability and safety. Ensures the completion of assignments as required.

-Defines and monitors the different KPIs that shall allow an early detection of the degradation of machines performances to achieve high level of reliability.

-Asset Maintenance Management. Monitor equipment failure and participate to technical investigations methods like Root Cause Analysis and Failure Rate Analysis.

-Implement maintenance strategies to meet company equipment lifecycle.

-Using historical events for improvements, increase reliability and decrease running costs.

-Identify the key parameters effect the equipment health, process, operation, etc and create remedial action plan from those collecting parameters.

-Machine pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including all system checkout, instrumentation calibration, mobilization, and testing. Prepare administrative support document and reports. Rotating Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.

-Material and Warehouse Management.
- Maintain and follow material management to conform to ISO standards.
- Manage all procedures of warehouse and inventory control. Supervise stock taking and cycle counts for several warehouses.
- Monitor critical spare parts levels of consumable to meet the requirements of system availability and reliability. Logistic Cost Control.

-Contract and Project Management.
- Study and manage customer inquiries, and requirements. Determine scope of work and provide estimation proposal for labor and material at the best planning delivery time and charge.

-Supply Chain Management.
- Handle and follow up all procedures to provide material from supplier to work order or to customer within delivery deadline.

-Hydraulic system Designer.
-Machine and Product Specialist.
-Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
-Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

1- Implemented real time refinery process calculations that effectively assisted to develop the efficiency of rotating equipment (steam/gas turbine, pump and compressor). Developed Excel spreadsheets to calculate total steam. turbine efficiency. Design the best size for Restriction Orifice Plate.
2- Root Cause Analysis.
