 Commercial building with two basements and G + 3 with 16000 sqft carpet area.
 Supervised Structure work, plastering, flooring, plumbing, Electrical, Car parking
system, STP, Site leveling and paving, Interior of office spaces, Medical Lab etc.
under guidance of Architects and Engineers
 Convened meetings with stake holders about their schedule and requirements in the
rented space and coordinated works accordingly.
 Managed Quantity of Materials, Quality of work and Cost controlling.
Ascent ENT Hospital - 8500 sqft (40 million)
 ENT Hospital building with one basement and G+3 with 8500 sqft carpet area.
 Supervised interior works which includes carpentry work, false ceiling, partitioning,
fire safety system, hand rails, flooring, Operation theatre, Audiology room etc. under
guidance of Architect.
 Supervised exterior works, includes UG fire sump, STP, laying paving tiles, Oxygen
plant, Electrical room etc.
 Managed time schedule of works and quality of works.
 Preparing, checking and approving bills for all types of works.
Interior and Exterior works of Residential project - 4600 sqft
(20million)
 Managed interior and exterior works of Residential project with 4600 sqft plinth area
 Exterior work includes yard leveling, paving natural stone, Car porch using MS
sections, vertical garden and water proofing.
 Interior work includes carpentry works, false ceiling, glass handrail, flooring,
modular kitchen, steel staircase etc.
Autumn Leaves Villa Project - 25 villas (150 million)
 Residential Villa project which includes 25 plots, club house and common amenities.
Supervised structure work, water proofing, flooring, plumbing, and electrical and
other finishing works of six villas in different stages.
 Convened meetings with Architect and other stake holders regarding details of work
and prepared schedule.
 Managed materials, labour, quality of work and planned works according to the
schedule.

 Overall Management and Direct Supervision of all projects.
 Projects involved are:
Kapex Rice Factory (45 million)
Two Residential Buildings (15 million each)
Savion Mall (15 million)
Family Quarters (25 million)
* Schedule, coordinate and convene meetings with Architects, Engineers and clients.
* Quantity estimation, Site measurement and preparation of Bills and BOQ for every works.
* Management of Building materials, Quality of work and Cost controlling.
* Completed supervision of Interior designing work of a residential project (15 million).
* Analyze upcoming works and Preparation of quotations for them under assistance of senior
Engineer.
