City: Jubail/Dammam Main activities and responsibilities:
•Overseeing receiving, shipping, distribution, and stocking operations.
•Design and implement staffing strategies to ensure work force is flexible and can respond to variations in workflow.
•Performance metrics as it relates of Productivity, Safety, Quality, and Customer Service.
•Establishes Materials Management support services standards and ensuring quality of service delivery by departmental staff.
•Match the inventory movement with the system transactions on daily basis.
•Hoses, O-rings, Seals, and fitting received from production dept. and Issued. as per SABIC Standard Procedure.
•Follow up on the scheduling of Inbound and outbound trucks (transport management).
•Prepare Monthly Inventory list after finalized submit to management team.
Main activities and responsibilities:
•Managing and monitoring Airbase inventory remotely for over 12000 NSN. Distributing materials across the company satellites and RSAF airbase according to requirements and consumption.
•Creating pick tickets using MIS Quantum Control system and handling them to the storage and issuing them to the required stock lines and delivering them to the airbase in coordination with the bench stock team for item replenishment.
•Maintaining the warehouse inventory to optimal stock levels by analyzing an available stock. RSAF requirements, shelf-life items, and consumption, as well as coordinating with the procurement team for replenishment and raising new P.O
•Responsible for ensuring inventory production quality and efficiency levels.
•Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports such as back order, Near Expiry, and delivery reports sent to management and procurement.
•Managed Warehouse operation and Base Shops the exclusive distributor of F15 S/Parts.
•Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
•Maintain Stock inventory of more than 13, 000-line Items, and Machines.
•Shelf-life, FIFO, and Hazard Items Controlling.
•Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment's.
City: Riyadh/Dammam Main activities and responsibilities:
•Receiving, shipping, stocking, and inventory controlling in the National Warehouse at Riyadh.
•Warehouse and Inventory controller Dammam Warehouse and Dhahran Base shops.
•Fulfill the Base bins requirements on daily basis, as well as the shelf-life items.
•Receiving, shipping, stocking, and inventory controlling in the National Warehouse at Riyadh.
•Prime Vendor Support (PVS) Daily issuance and inventory details sent to AL SALAM Aerospace.
•Controlling cycle count and weekly physical count.
•Responsible for quality Check for all pick tickets, shipping, audit, and as well for the receiving section.
•PKL Project, received. Stocking, and shipping, as per requirement.
•SNAP-ON and MATCO TOOLS, Receiving, Stacking, and Issuing to RSAF and others Projects R&R, BAE, PKL, JCB, O&I.
•Maintain Stock inventory of more than 13, 000-line Items, Including Cycle Count (ABC)
•Shelf-life, FIFO, and Hazard Items Controlling.
City: Riyadh/Jeddah Main activities and responsibilities:
•Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, and inventory at Central Parts Store (CPS).
•All types of XEROX Machines received, physically checked, repacked, and stocking and make reports and insurance claims and inform management.
•Handling all shipping processes as per sales order from all sites office sales department and shipped directly to customer site from Central Equipment's Store (CES)
•Distributing s/parts and consumables to all stores to satisfy customers and branch requirements.
•Handling all Sub stores (Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Yanbu, Abha)
•General warehouse operations knowledge including shipping, receiving, and inventory Control.
•Assist with minimum and maximum levels for parts inventory.
•Controlling material distribution level for all warehouses
•Maintain Stock inventory of more than 13, 000-line Items, and Machines.
•Shelf-life, FIFO, and Hazard Items Controlling.
