• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors ( GCC ).
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes ( Tax Retention/ Vat compliance) across GCC.
• Reconcile the books with the supplier’s Statement of Accounts.
• Reconcile the sales/Charges Fees with suppliers invoices for Internal/External Sales concessions for department stores across GCC to insure the payment be process correctly.
• Petty cash Entries.
• Employees advance entries and closing.
• Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
• Preparing Prepaid Schedule and system entries for allocation.
• Inter-Company AR-AP matching. (UAE/Qatar/Bahrain/KSA/Kuwait/Oman).
•Prepare the provisions (LPO / FM / Utilities / lease / Royalty / Packing) for many entities in GCC.
• Intercompany Charge-out.
• working on lease modules and reconcile it with payment plan as per the contract to insure that PDC be prepared correctly ( Across GCC ).
• Support on different type of Automation process and the exceptions.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Support on other tasks if any as per manager directives.

• Prepare Debit notes for suppliers for listing, supports ...etc. to claim it.
• Petty cash Entries and Reconciliation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and AP aging reports.
• Prepare Cheques and Online payments.
• Preparing Management reports (Inventory Aging / Slow moving reports)
- Expenses Analysis.
• Conduct stock count monthly and yearly.
• Employees advance entries and closing.
• Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing. • Preparing Prepaid Schedule and system entries for allocation. • Inter-Company Reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Support on Vat Reconciliation.
• Support on other tasks if any as per manager directives.
