• First entertainment island of its kind in Qatar Including dry rides, water slides and fountains, with 38 overall attractions including 85 meter Icon Tower which will contain the highest waterslide in the world and accessed via a train and comprises changing facilities, F&B outlets, retail space and cabanas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engineering Manager for a staff of Engineers, Quantity surveyor, AutoCAD draftsman, Foremen, Workers and Suppliers.
• Planning projects from mobilization to handover including resource planning, procurement planning, developing construction methodologies and quality, safety, and environmental management plans.
• Coordinating structural detailed design, reviewing design and providing input to value-engineer and improve design outcomes. Managing the design contract to ensure performance in accordance with agreed terms
• Managing the project site on a day-to-day basis, including the supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and any works associated with the subcontractors or suppliers.
• Working with the QS to prepare quantities and supporting the procurement of subcontractors and materials. Selecting materials and equipment and managing delivery to site in accordance with the program.
• Providing technical support through construction, supporting subcontractors, foremen and the workforce by developing solutions to overcome technical and logistical challenges.
• Managing relationships with clients and their representatives, attending progress meetings and preparing reports. Implementing changes to the scope or design to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Mixed use development project combining a group of Residential units, 28 Floor Hotel Tower, a Shopping Mall and an Amusement Park
Total plot area is 72, 025 m2
Total cost 4.8 Billion QR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engineering Manager for a staff of Engineers, Quantity surveyor, AutoCAD draftsman, Foremen, Workers and Suppliers.
• Hold responsibility of construction lifecycle, day to day progress.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress
• Ensuring that all design specifications, safety and sanitation standards are applied.
• Directing construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
ABRAJ QUARTIER PROJECT - The Pearl, Qatar
• The project comprises an eight (8) level parking podium of an approximate total built-up area of 38, 976 m2
A 43 story High Rise Office building, the towers’ approximate total built-up area of 75, 763m2.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor work progress on site.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Interact daily with the client consultants to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

• KING HUSSAIN THEATRE CENTER - Jordan
With a total cost of 2.5 Million JOD, and a built-up area of
2, 800 m2.
• AL ZARQA ELECTRIC POWER STATION - Jordan
With a total cost of 1.3 Million JOD, and a built-up area of
2, 300 m2
• SEPG OFFICE BUILDINGS - Jordan
With a total cost of 3.2 Million JOD, and a built-up area
of 4, 500 m2
• PROJECT : TAJ MALL - Amman, Jordan
Part of contractor team in construction of Taj Mall - Abdoun with a total cost of 80 Million JOD and a total area of 140, 000
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning the work and organizing between subcontractors and company team to meet agreed deadlines.
• Prepare and submit the invoices for the construction materials for approval to the client.
• Coordinate between subcontractors and my team in work during the project period.
