I am primarily responsible for the My Telenor App and my major responsibilities are:
• Ensure the product supports the organization’s overall strategy and goals
• Communicate the vision and goals of the product, product family, and offerings
• Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements
• Understanding the reasons customers purchase products
• Development of the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Demonstrate functionality of completed products to stakeholders.
• Identify new products and features to create growth opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle including market requirements, product release plans, user stories, release criteria, product launch, and organizational readiness activities.
• Developed My Ufone native iOS App from scratch to communicate with SAP using SOAP webservices. The application facilitates customers to keep updated with new offers and announcements. Customers can pay bill, buy super cards, subscribe awesome bundles and many more.

• Developed PTCL Vibe (Employee Self Service) App from scratch to communicate with SAP using Restful webservices. The application facilitates employees to perform the transactions related to leave, travel, and inquiry to important information On the Go or in the office. Implemented Push Notifications using FCM and Location services using CoreLocation.

• Developed, Maintaining and enhancing PTCLTouch App to meet customers’ expectations. This app is a mobile gateway for PTCL customers who want to buy and order PTCL products and services available on PTCL online shop.
