I have a big experience in Astana EXPO-2017. 3 projects wich i oversee were Show on the Sphere, Dayli evening Parade and Multimedia Show - Fireworks. I'm working with a big world named company as Ruggieri, Eurasia event Management, Euroshow and others.
My Obligations were:
Control and oversee the projects: Show on the Sphere, daily evening parade, Multimedia Show-Fireworks.
Managing and fulfillment conditions of the contract with Seagull Fire Works L.L.C. company.
Control on observance of contract appropriate execution contractual obligations of volume service provide.
Solving the organizational questions with Ruggieri team.
Apply and registration visa for 120 people from all over the world.
Working with customs authorities in customs clearance of cargo.
The extra objectives within the framework of organizations and events.
1) Show on the Sphere:
Controlling for daily projection evening show on the Sphere.
2) Daily evening parade:
Everyday checking to readiness of parade for availability of 128 dancers, costumes, special effects, 5 platforms and others.
Coordination of the road parade movement.
Control safety movement, clearing of the road for dancers.
3) Fireworks:
Overseeing Multimedia show-fireworks.
Getting an agreement with all needs documentations for government structure and other safety local organization about Fireworks.
Working with customs structure, delivery, unloading 7 tons of fireworks.
Controlling logistics and delivery of cargo.
Multimedia Show:
Search and collect the video content from different television of Astana.
Affirm multimedia video with direction.
